Shipping policy

Overview

At Chapman Cards, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely to ensure your products arrive safely.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched same day when ordered before 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next business day.

Business days for shipping purposes are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times and available shipping services are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Pre-Order Items

If your order contains any pre-order item(s), your entire order will be shipped once all items are available and ready for dispatch.

This means:

  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order products will be held until the pre-order item is released
  • We do not normally split shipments unless agreed otherwise

Pre-order release dates are subject to change by manufacturers and distributors.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Postal carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Manufacturer or distributor delays on pre-order products

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

Chapman Cards cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photographs or information.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist as quickly as possible.
